This Investor Charter outlines the rights of investors and the obligations of Jeet Patil (SEBI RA INH000024505).

2. Rights of Investors
- Receive research based on publicly available, independently analysed information
- Know the SEBI registration details of the Research Analyst before subscribing
- Receive a written agreement/acknowledgement of services subscribed
- Know all fees and charges before subscribing — no hidden costs
- Receive a copy of all compliance documents (MITC, Terms, Privacy Policy)
- Raise grievances and receive a response within 7 working days
- Escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI SCORES
- Use SEBI SMART ODR for dispute resolution
- Not be subjected to fraudulent or misleading recommendations
- Not be pressured to invest in any particular security
3. Obligations of Jeet Patil
- Maintain valid SEBI Registration (INH000024505) and comply with SEBI RA Regulations 2014
- Disclose conflicts of interest in every research report
- Not promise guaranteed returns or assured profits
- Maintain client confidentiality and data privacy
- Resolve investor grievances within 7 working days

4. Do's for Investors

- ✅ Make your own investment decisions — do not blindly follow any recommendation
- ✅ Use stop losses as mentioned in research reports
- ✅ Invest only what you can afford to lose
- ✅ Keep records of all payments and communications
- ✅ Report fraud immediately to SEBI SCORES or cybercrime.gov.in
5. Don'ts for Investors
- 🚫 Don't pay anyone who promises guaranteed returns
- 🚫 Don't share your Demat login, OTP, or trading password with anyone
- 🚫 Don't transfer funds to personal accounts of individuals claiming to be analysts
- 🚫 Don't invest borrowed money in high-risk F&O instruments
- 🚫 Don't ignore stop-loss levels mentioned in research reports
- 🚫 Don't redistribute research content without written permission
