Jeet Patil Research Analyst is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst providing equity and derivatives research reports and recommendations. We are not a stock broker, portfolio manager, or investment adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• You must have a valid PAN card and Demat account
• You must be an Indian resident (or NRI complying with applicable laws)

4. Intellectual Property

All research reports, recommendations, analysis, content, and materials provided by Jeet Patil Research Analyst are the intellectual property of Jitendra / Jeet Patil Research Analyst. You may not share, redistribute, resell, publish or broadcast our recommendations to any third party or reproduce content for commercial purposes.

5. Research Methodology

All research is based on publicly available information including company filings, stock exchange data, news, and technical analysis tools. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Disputes may also be resolved through SEBI SMART ODR as per SEBI circular.
